Pictures from 2100 foot deep dive on Mesoamerican Barrier Reef off Roatan Island Honduras

Well I had both a great experience and a challenging one on my dive Friday in a mini-sub/submersible. Went to about 2,100 feet deep in the MesoAmerican Barrier Reef System / the Great Maya Reef - the world's 2nd largest after Australia's Great Barrier Reef. The photo challenges were a lot more than I expected and, though I shot a lot of pictures, in briefly looking over quite a few of them - they're very disappointing.

All the same, it was a fantastic experience to go that deep and see some life forms that few people have seen. It was also a challenging trip which went from hot inside the sub at the beginning to quite cold and always very cramped. After 4 hours, I wondered if I would even be able to stand up... or walk if I did stand.
