Negbaur Cannon Lighter Insert
This 'lighter' is the working part of a circa 1945 cannon table lighter. However, since there are a number that have gotten separated from their "skins", they are sometimes found on eBay as 
lighters in their own right. They are downright ugly on their own; with a lot of buffing, though, they shine up quite nicely and become a pretty lighter even without their "skin". They will work only as a table lighter because they are not only well oversized from a pocket lighter, but are extremely heavy for their size.
